However if you feel the item is not what you wished for, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know you will be returning the item. All items that are sent back must be posted via registered / express post.

Any item that is not sent via registered / express post and goes missing in the post will not be credited.

We are happy to accept returns that have not been worn, have all tags and hygiene stickers attached and are in brand new condition.

In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer change of mind refunds on swimwear, if the hygiene sticker has been removed.

Any item that has been worn, altered or washed will not be refunded unless it is deemed to be faulty after quality inspection.

The item must be sent back within 14 days. You are free to choose a full refund (not available with sale items), exchange (if in stock), or a store credit.

No returns on sale items or samples.
